Brenda Mitchell

Brenda has been a Personal Injury Lawyer for over 35 years and for the last 20 years has specialised in representing injured motorcyclists, cyclists and pedestrians.

She is both a keen cyclist and motorcyclist having obtained her full motorcycle licence in 1983. Brenda became an IAM Advanced motorcycle rider in 2018.

She was a founder member of Belles on Bikes in the Borders and participates in cycle sportives throughout the season.

Brenda set up RTA LAW in 2011 in order to provide a bespoke service to all vulnerable road users.

Her experience as a lawyer and her cycling and motorcycling background gives her the edge when representing her clients.

She strongly believes that a first class service and personal representation from experienced lawyers really does make a difference, not only to the outcome of a case, but also to injured clients and their families.
